Report on the operations of 20 Corps from 20 Oct to 7 Nov, 1917, previous to, and in preparation for, the Third Battle of Gaza, Palestine, notably the laying of railway tracks to improve communications; the development of water sources; lists of transport provided; an attack by the enemy upon the El Buggar ridge; a narrative of the attack by 20 Corps on the Beersheba defences and the subsequent advance upon enemy positions; a list of prisoners and guns captured, and casualties sustained by 20 Corps.
