Notebook and correspondence relating to the employment and dismissal of Major Berkley Vincent from his post as professor at the Staff College, Quetta, much against the wishes of Thompson Capper, who resigned his post in consequence. The notebook contains transcripts of telegrams and correspondence between Capper, Vincent, the ambassador and General Douglas Haig, Chief of General Staff, India, and there are also two original letters to Capper from Vincent and Haig, all compiled for a review of Vincent's case. 1 vol and 20pp.
