Copies of telegrams sent between V Adm Sir David Beatty, Commander in Chief of the British Grand Fleet, German Adm Franz von Hipper, Commander in Chief of the German High Seas Fleet, and various others, concerning the operation to escort units of the German High Seas Fleet to Scapa Flow, Orkney Islands, for internment, including details of ship numbers and names, conditions as laid down in the armistice agreement, directions to rendezvous, and the removal of German sailors from the ships onto transports bound for Germany. Includes a memorandum laying out the details of Operation ZZ, to meet and escort the ships to anchorage in the Firth of Forth, from whence they traveled to Scapa, and an order of the British Fleet for this task. 41pp.
