Correspondence between Dean and ACM Sir Arthur Travers Harris mostly of a personal nature including proposed visits between the two families; the historian Anthony Verrier and his proposed study on Bomber Command; Harris' eligibility for a pension; a correspondence between Harris and Mountbatten regarding the Dieppe raid, Aug 1942 which Harris was planning to use in preparation for a libel case; note by John Fraser Mayne, Air Ministry on the Bomber Command's role in the Dieppe raid with an extract from the Bomber Command narrative prepared in the Air Historical Branch of the Air Ministry, 1950; correspondence relating to Harris' visit to England for the coronation in 1953.
