Typescript transcript of filmed interview with Azem Vllasi, ethnic Albanian Party leader in Kosovo, describing the visits of Slobodan Milosevic, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Serbian League of Communists 1986-1989, to Kosovo Polje (April 1987). Also describes the Serbian Central Committee meeting at which Milosevic proposed the removal from office of Dragsa Pavlovic, Belgrade Communist Party chief, and the Eighth Session of the Central Committee of the Serbian League of Communists (Sep 1987), the Serb government dealings with the miners strike at Trepca (Feb 1989), and his own arrest (Mar 1989). 16pp
