Manuscript volume including dedication to William Cheselden, Surgeon to Chelsea Hospital; preface; contents page; thirty seven chapters on surgical procedures such as the suture of the tendons, the amputation of cancered and schorrous breast, bronchotomy, and amputation. Also contains illustrations of surgical instruments with explanation of their use and construction. 293pp Donated to the Wills Library by Dr G Newton Pitt, 5 May 1913.
