Part III records names of nurses undertaking part of training at the Evelina Children's Hospital, 1954-1961 includes, date of transfer between hospitals, certificates held, GNC index number, length of time spent at Guy's, date of registration, date of leaving and reason for leaving. Part IV records names of nurse undertaking supplementary training – BTA, 1955-1957, including date of entry, previous hospital, certificates held, length of time at Guy's, date of registration, dates of leaving and whether training completed.
