Incomplete first hand account, c 1871, of narrowly escaping summary execution in Paris, possibly written by Norman Spencer, member of the Perceval family

Account of a day during the Paris Commune when the writer was arrested and witnessed a summary choice of prisoners for execution, himself being saved through his friendship with General Gallifet.
