'Survivor's account of incident' form relates to: extent of recall of event; location in the JUPITER at the time of collision; feelings experienced at the time; whether trapped, in the sea, asked for help; any hysteria or panic; extent of any physical injury; any sight of injured or dead; feelings experienced on return flight to UK; whether subject had believed at the time that they would survive; worst part of experience; whether subject had believed that they might die; any aspects about which subject later felt guilty; any amnesia relating to the event; the extent of counselling provided within the school and externally and whether this was sufficient; whether they had sought and received any compensation. 'Control account of the incident' form, for former pupils from a school involved in the JUPITER sinking, who didn't go on cruise themselves, covers: degree of involvement, level of support offered to survivors, amount of information/explanation provided, emotional impact of the disaster.
