Manuscript letters and printed papers sent to the Secretary of King’s College London including Gottlieb Wilhelm Leitner (1840-1899), former Professor of Arabic Language and Literature, on the donation of his collections to the ‘Indian Museum’ and the Indian Civil Service Commission; Leone Levi (1821-1888), Professor of the Principles and Practice of Commerce, requesting the use of a room in the College for his lectures to working men; G Lombard requesting the use of the large theatre for a meeting of the Civil Service Rifle Volunteers; Alfred Louder, Principal of Middleton School, Bognor, supporting the successful application of Edward Brand Scallon, for the post of Assistant Master of King’s College School.
