Account by Kennedy of the part played by HMS INDOMITABLE in the shadowing and chase of the German battlecruiser GOEBEN and its companion ship BRESLAU by the British Mediterranean Fleet under the command of Adm Sir Archibald Berkeley Milne, between 2 and 11 Aug 1914, and the various reasons for their escape to Constantinople, Turkey. Includes written statements from other members of the crew of HMS INDOMITABLE, and a map showing the route of HMS INDOMITABLE throughout 4 Aug and the relative positions of Milne's ship, HMS INFLEXIBLE, and the GOEBEN on 6 Aug. There are two copies of this file, one handwritten and one typed.
