Manuscript volume of in-patient case notes of patients under the care of David Ferrier, Physician and Professor of Neuropathology, King's College Hospital, notably neurological conditions including fits, weakness of hands and inability to walk, paralysis, a squint and stomach pains. An approach from the Queen Alexandra Military Hospital, Millbank, London, in 1933, for assistance on a research project on human soldiers and their families who experienced fits after discharge. King's supplied the details of one such veteran of the Boer War, admitted in 1902. With temperature and pulse charts, and laboratory reports. Patient descriptions include name, address, age, admission and discharge dates and ward. 1 volume
