South East Metropolitan Regional Hospital Board, Joint Planning Discussions: series of meetings with representatives of the six London Boroughs in South East Greater London, the ILEA, the four Teaching Hospitals and the South East and South West Metropolitan Hospital Boards. Reports of meetings mainly to discuss liaison between Local Authority and Hospital Services, and correspondence relating to the arrangement of meetings. (In April 1974 the Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham Area Health Authority was formed.)
