Letter from Maj A V Golding, Liaison Officer to the French Minister of Munitions to Stern, relating to the sending of details of the VR/618 (400 horse power Paxman-Ricardo) engine of the Davey-Paxman Company to Ingénieur Militaire Principal Lavirotte, Atelier Construction de Rueil, France and explaining that Lavirotte had required an engine of 500 to 600 horse power and had found a French engine that was suitable. 1p
