Letter from Sir James Lithgow, Chairman, Tank Board to Stern, asking him to clarify his statement contained in a letter to the Rt Hon Sir Andrew Rae Duncan, Minister of Supply of 18 Jun 1942, that fifty TOG 2 tanks with 3 inch anti-aircraft guns could be produced by early Spring 1942, provided they had proper priority. 1p
