Letter from the Rt Hon William Aitken Maxwell Beaverbrook, 1st Baron Beaverbrook, Minister of Supply to Stern informing him that he was making enquiries in response to a letter to him of 14 Jan 1942 from Stern, Sir Eustace Henry William Tennyson-d'Eyncourt, Harry Ralph Ricardo and Maj Gen Ernest Dunlop Swinton, all members of the Special Vehicle Development Committee, Ministry of Supply arguing against the proposal that the Commitee should be disbanded. 1p
