Letter from Sir William Scott Douglas, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Supply to Stern requesting details of the existing position with the four projects of the Special Vehicle Development Committee, Ministry of Supply that had been authorised by the Ministry of Supply, namely the spring suspension of the TOG 2 tank, the 17 pounder gun turret with electrical traversing gear for the TOG 2 tank, the hydraulic transmission of the TOG 2 tank and installation of torque convertor and testing in the TOG 1 tank. 1p
