Loose papers in the front of the volume include printed notices of regulations for the apprentices, dressers, clinical clerks and pupils, 19 Dec 1872; The Cheselden Medal, [1898]; Scholarship in Anatomy, physiology and chemistry, (undated); Entrance scholarship for students from the universities, (undated); Open scholarships in natural science, (undated); Duties of House Surgeons in relation to the Surgical Registrar, (undated); Regulations for Clinical Clerks; Regulations with regard to the duties of Registrars, House Physicians, House Surgeons, Clinical Clerks and Dressers, in keeping hospital Records and for the Preparation of Annual Reports, Dec 1881; The Mead Medal; Also loose letters mainly from Allan Wyon, medallist, chief engraver of Her Majesty's seals, to George Rendle, Secretary, the Medical School, relating to the dies for striking of the Mead, Cheselden and Bristow medals for the Medical School, Jul 1896, 1 May 1902-18 Jun 1904.
