Biographical history

George Fletcher, was born in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, 29 Feb 1848, the son of Dr Fletcher and his wife Annie Stodgon. He was educated at Bromsgrove School, and Clare College Cambridge. Awarded MA, MD (Cantab), MRCS, LSA. He worked as a surgeon at St Thomas's Hospital, London. Publications: The Life & Career of Dr. William Palmer of Rugeley, etc , T.
