Mentions the formation of a bi-partisan committee to raise support for military intervention in Kuwait and the arguments used; meeting of bi-partisan committee with George H W Bush, US President, 1989-1993; his own rationale for supporting military intervention; drafting of the Congress resolution giving the President the authority to take military action.
