Also contains summary accounts of cash received by the steward from [Richard] Stocker, 1823; Dr Blundell, 1827; Sir Astley Cooper, 1823; Dr [James] Blundell, 1823-1827; and J H Green, 1824; a list of dressers, names of surgeons and amount paid for 1831; a list of attendees at Mr Coleman's lectures, 1826; list of attendees of Mr Bransby Cooper's class for demonstrations, [1823-1832]; Professor Coleman's lectures, [1823-1832], and list of courses and length of study required by the Surgeon's College and the Apothecary's Hall.

Guy's Hospital general entry of pupils 1832-1840': manuscript volume contains lists of pupils at Guy's Hospital and including date, pupil number, name, name and place of person to whom apprenticed, and amount paid for courses in practice of medicine, materia medica, experimental philosophy, midwifery, physiology, botany, medical jurisprudence, comparative anatomy, anatomy, dissection, surgery, physician's practice and surgeon's practice. Also includes list of hospitals and infirmaries in the UK; lists of pupils serving six months as dressers along with the name of surgeon, and amount paid, 1832; list of pupils and payment for course in Practical Chemistry, 1839-1841. Pasted in the back of the volume is an annotated printed copy of the courses and fees for Guy's Hospital Medical and Surgical School for the session of 1839-1840.

Guy's Hospital general entry of pupils 1840-1859': manuscript volume contains lists of pupils including date of entry, pupil number, name and place of person to whom apprenticed, and amount paid for courses in practice of medicine, materia medica, experimental philosophy, midwifery, practical chemistry, botany, medical jurisprudence, practical toxicology, anatomy, dissection, surgery, physician's practice and surgeon's practice. Also contains list of amounts received from [Richard] Stocker, 1848-1849; and a list of names of staff delivering the introductory address 1839-1858.

Pupil entry book 1848-1870'; manuscript volume containing printed examination questions [1860-1861] pasted into the front of the volume and over the initial 12 pages of pupil entries. along with a copy of the Autumn Lecture series advertisement, [1834]; list of pupils at Guy's Hospital for the session 1848-1849, to 1870, including year of attendance, name, pupil number, length of course, and name of person to whom previously apprenticed and where. From 1859, also includes amount paid; names of pupils awarded prizes, Jul 1870; and list of dressers of Guy's Hospital, Oct 1848-Jan 1851, including name, date of entry, surgeon, length of course and date when certificate granted.
