The notebook contains transcripts of telegrams and correspondence between Capper, Vincent, the ambassador and General Douglas Haig, Chief of General Staff, India, and there are also two original letters to Capper from Vincent and Haig, all compiled for a review of Vincent's case. 1 vol and 20pp.
