Information typically contained in this series includes name, age last birthday, name and address of parent/guardian, term-time residence, nationality, previous education, names of referees, course of study proposed, exams passed, scholarships, date of proposed entry, fees, tutor appointments, correspondence, declaration to abide by College rules, and where applicable, National Service number.

The non-award series comprises EEC, Nursing and Occasional students.
